When you purchase Newsletter plugin from our site , you will receive an email contain download link to download the plugin. Click on the link, you will download a file called newsletters.zip . Extract this zip file you will see two files : acajoom.zip, ccnewsletter.zip. They are two Joom Donation plugins which works with the two popular plugin on the JED : Acajoom Newsletter and CCNewsletter .
Acajoom Newsletter plugin
- File name : acajoom.zip
- Requirement : This plugin cannot work alone . It requires Joom Donation and Acajoom Newsletters insalled on your site . To see how to install Joom Donation, please click here.
- Installation :
- Login to back-end of your site .
- Access to Extensions=>Install/Uninstall menu item .
- Browse for the file acajoom.zip .
- Click on Upload and Install button .
- Configuration & Usage :
- Create a custom field in Joom Donation, type MultiSelect . This field contains all newsletter lists which you want your donors to subscribe to .
- Access to Extensions=>Plugins manager menu item, search for Jdonation - AcajoomNewsletter Plugin to edit it .
- In the plugin parameter , enter name of the custom field you created above into Newsletter Field Name textbox .
- When donors donate to your site , they can choose any newsletter lists they want to subscribe. The plugin will add them automatically to the selected newsletter lists .
CCNewsletter plugin
- File name : ccnewsletter.zip
- Requirement : This plugin cannot work alone . It requires Joom Donation and CCNewsletter insalled on your site .To see how to install Joom Donation, please click here.
- Installation :
- Login to back-end of your site .
- Access to Extensions=>Install/Uninstall menu item .
- Browse for the file ccnewsletter.zip .
- Click on Upload and Install button .
- Configuration & Usage :There are no configuration task needed for this plugin . Just need to publish it and when donors donate to your site, they will be added to subscribers list so that you can send newsletter to them .
